The COCONUT database provides information about 25,000 unique phenotypes and their associated herbs, prescriptions, and compounds. A phenotype record contains its ID, UMLS ID, MeSH ID, name, semantic type and synonyms. Enter the name or UMLS ID of a phenotype to retrieve more information on the phenotype.
